I’m Rachel an experienced Pilates teacher who is passionate about helping individuals achieve their health and wellness goals. With several years of teaching experience under my belt, I’ve had the pleasure of guiding numerous clients on their Pilates journey. Through my extensive training and commitment to ongoing education, I have developed a deep understanding of the human body and its movement patterns.
I specialise in tailoring my Pilates classes to meet the needs and abilities of each individual. Whether you’re a beginner, recovering from an injury, or looking to enhance your athletic performance, I have the knowledge and expertise to support you in reaching your full potential.
My teaching style is rooted in creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients feel empowered and motivated. My goal is to not only help you improve your physical strength, flexibility and posture, but also to foster mindfulness and a sense of overall well-being.
When you join my Pilates classes, you can expect a personalised approach that focuses on proper alignment, core stability and breath control. I believe in fostering a sense of community within my classes and I’m always there to provide guidance, encouragement, and modifications as needed.

Mondays 6-7pm – Pilates for Runners – whether you are a beginner or an experienced runner the Pilates for Runners class is a fantastic addition to any runners training regime. This specialised class is designed to enhance running performance, prevent injuries & improve overall strength & flexibility
Thursdays 10am-11am – Gentle Pilates – whether you’re a beginner looking to build a solid foundation or someone seeking a low-impact workout this gentle Pilates class is tailored to meet your needs. In this class you will embark on a journey of gentle movements focusing on controlled and precise exercises that promote flexibility, strength & overall well-being. You will be guided through a series of gentle Pilates exercises that prioritise proper alignment, breath control & body awareness. This class provides a nurturing environment where you can listen to your body and move at your own pace. You will experience a holistic workout that supports both your physical and mental well-being
Thursdays 12-12.20pm – Pilates for Desk Workers – A 20 minute class to fit in your lunch hour designed to help improve posture & alleviate tension in the neck, back and shoulders. Can also help to improve focus, reduce fatigue & increase energy levels
Thursdays 6-7pm – Improver Pilates – A wonderful way to take your Pilates practice to the next level. This class is designed for individuals who have some experience of Pilates. You can expect to engage in a series of exercises that focus on building core strength, improving posture & flexibility. The importance of proper alignment and breathing techniques will be emphasised during this class which can help you develop a deeper connection between your mind & body. The flowing movements and emphasis on controlled breathing can help calm the mind & reduce tension. This class can be a great way to relieve stress and promote relaxation
