The MMI in St Agnes hosts a wide range of yoga and other Wellness classes in its 2 fantastic, purpose built studios.
Danielle Yoga
Danielle is a welcoming and inclusive yoga teacher. There is a class to suit you for every step of your yoga journey. From the more gentle practises of Gentle yoga, Slow flow and Yin to the more dynamic energising flows in the morning and evening. Or if you have mini yogis Mum and baby yoga or toddler yoga may be what you need! Forget what you think you should be able to do before you join yoga - come along and I will make you feel confident with meeting your body exactly where it is. HD Pilates Cornwall
We provide pilates sessions for people of all abilities and we include observation and tailored exercise programs with adaptations for most injuries and conditions including: bad backs, painful and limited movement of joints, pregnancy and postnatal, osteoporosis, scoliosis, hypermobility, arthritis and Parkinson’s.

Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise, suited to all ages and abilities. Beginners are always welcome! Each Tai Chi class starts with a warmup, and has breathing exercises, a Tai Chi dance, Tai Chi form, and interactive partner exercises.
